Mr. Shoaib Khan is a Delhi based lawyer who is engaged in providing legal services in the areas of civil, criminal and commercial litigation. He is an active member of Supreme Court Bar Association and Delhi High Court Bar Association. Shoaib specializes in drafting contracts, suits, appeals, special leave petitions, writ petitions and other legal documents. He has appeared in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, and National Green Tribunal amongst others. He has been the lead arguing counsel in some of the important criminal and property cases before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He has several judgments to his credit which are published in leading law journals like Supreme Court Cases (SCC), Delhi Law Times (DTL), Journal of Criminal Cases (JCC) etc. He is also the National Legal Advisor of an autonomous organization Crime Control Bureau. As a part of legal community, Shoaib has adjudicated various National Moot Court Competitions. He is also invited for talks/lectures by Law schools, NGOs, Human Rights Organisations, News and Media broadcasters etc.
