Ahmad Khan is a senior lawyer who has been a public prosecutor with vast experience of over 37 years. In his term, he has presented, appeared and briefed on behalf of National Investigation Agency in Appeals and Writs before the Supreme Court of India., different High Courts of states and District Courts across the country. Some of the cases he has handled during his tenure include Headley case,Samjhauta Express blast case, Hyderabad blast case, Indian Mujahideedn Case, Malegaon blast case, Delhi high court blast case. He recently represented and conducted trial of 957 foreign nationals of 28 countries in the highlighted case of TablighiJamaat and secured acquittal for all the foreign nationals.

He is currently empanelled as Inquiry Authority in Directorate of Vigilance, Govt of NCT of Delhi as well as Legal Consultant with Delhi police.
